These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and SHPPL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("SHPPL", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website shppl.store (the "Platform") and all services offered through it.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund/Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
SHPPL is an e-commerce platform operated by SHPPL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 4TH FLOOR, 648/A, OM Chambers, 1st Main Road, Near Olx Autos, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka - 560038. We specialise in curating and selling women's ethnic clothing including sarees, kurtis, and ethnic wear. Products listed on our Platform are sourced from verified suppliers and artisans across India.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
SHPPL operates on a guest checkout model. You are not required to create an account to browse products or place orders. When placing an order, you provide your name, email, phone number, and delivery address, which are used solely for order processing and fulfilment.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and current. SHPPL shall not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product images, colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and manufacturing variations.
Pricing: All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The final payable amount, including shipping charges (if any), is clearly displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or decline any order at our discretion. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Placing an order on SHPPL follows these steps: (a) Browse and add products to your cart; (b) Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details; (c) Verify your state and pincode for serviceability; (d) Select a payment method (UPI or Cash on Delivery); (e) Complete payment or confirm your COD order; (f) Receive an order confirmation via email.
An order is considered confirmed only after: (i) for COD orders, upon successful submission of the order form; (ii) for UPI orders, upon receipt of a successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway via webhook. You will receive an email notification upon order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or any other reason at our discretion, with a full refund of any amount paid.
SHPPL currently accepts the following payment methods:
UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, MMADPay. Upon selecting UPI, you will be presented with a QR code and/or UPI intent link to complete payment via your preferred UPI application. Payment status is verified via our gateway's webhook notification system.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. COD orders are confirmed immediately upon placement. Refusal to pay at delivery may result in future COD restrictions.
Shipping terms, timelines, charges, and serviceability are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein.
Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability. Our Platform validates your delivery pincode against your selected state during checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Orders to non-serviceable pincodes will be rejected at checkout.
Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein, including specific timelines for cancellation requests and refund processing.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the SHPPL brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, website design, graphics, layout, and code, is the intellectual property of SHPPL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers, networks, or security features; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the Platform; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) submit false or misleading information; (g) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHPPL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any errors or omissions in product descriptions or pricing; (c) any unauthorised access to your data; (d) any third-party actions or content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SHPPL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) any inaccurate information provided by you; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any disputes by contacting our Grievance Officer before initiating legal proceedings.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, SHPPL has appointed the following Grievance Officer:
SHPPL reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
