SHPPL does not collect, store, or process any payment card data (credit card, debit card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates). All UPI payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (MMADPay), and we do not have access to your bank account or UPI PIN details. We fully comply with RBI Tokenisation Guidelines.

2. How We Use Your Information

Order Fulfilment: Processing and delivering your orders, generating invoices with applicable GST details, and sending order status notifications via email.

We retain your order data for a period of 8 years from the date of transaction, as mandated by Indian tax and accounting regulations. Contact form submissions are retained for 1 year from the date of submission unless you request earlier deletion.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

SHPPL does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Payment Gateway (MMADPay): Your name, email, phone number, and transaction amount are shared with our payment processor to facilitate UPI payments. MMADPay processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Shipping Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our logistics and courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your orders.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian legislation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
