All shipping charges, COD charges, and the total payable amount are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
We deliver across all states and union territories of India. Delivery to certain remote areas, military stations (APO/FPO), or restricted zones may take additional time or may not be serviceable.
During checkout, our Platform validates your delivery pincode against your selected state to ensure accuracy and serviceability. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout and the order will not be processed. This validation ensures that we only accept orders we can successfully deliver.
Deliveries to major metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) are typically completed within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Deliveries to non-metro cities and rural areas may take 7-10 business days. In some cases, delivery to remote locations may take up to 14 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your Order ID and email address.
The tracking page displays your order status timeline including order confirmation, processing, shipment, and delivery stages. If a tracking link has been provided by our logistics partner, it will be displayed on the tracking page for real-time shipment tracking.
Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to reach you via phone. If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
For returned-to-origin (RTO) orders due to recipient unavailability or refusal: UPI orders will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the order is received back at our warehouse. COD orders will be cancelled with no charge.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shppl.store with your Order ID and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, request the delivery person to note the damage and contact us immediately.
